We used Alex and his team as an emergency to re-do and complete a loft conversion after dealing with a cowboy builder. In all honesty, I wished we had used him in the first place. With my wife being heavily pregnant and us living in freezing cold and unsafe conditions over Xmas, Alex came in and did a stellar job!. As soon as he found out we had to have an emergency birth 4 weeks early, he pulled his entire team on to our job so that we could move back home ASAP.
