Let me start by saying I would give more than five stars if possible. I have had plenty of experience of extensions/loft conversions and always had some form of issue with the builders.
Not so with AP Brothers. From the first contact with Alex, there was honesty and transparency which remained throughout the 6months he and his team completed my project.
The project was not simple, it required excavations, extensions which ultimately converted what was a nice living space into 100sqm of amazing open living space that together with my family we totally love!
6 months on an have not had any issues. But I have wanted some other bits doing which have never been an issue and Alex and his team have accommodated.
Am so impressed with quality of the work and the finish is excellent. There were occasions when it did not meet his own high standards so the work would be redone without any discussion.
Its tough choosing a builder and they vary so much in term of what they charge, quality, interactions etc. I am so pleased I came across AP Brothers as I now have a team that I know I can fully trust with any building project. In fact I have my next project lined up already. There was only one option for me, did not even negotiate a price as I know what I am getting and know the result will be exactly what I expect.
You will see I do not do many reviews, but felt I had to do this one as I am so impressed by Alex and his team that for anyone looking at undertaking a building project, you need look no further.

We have used AP brothers services several times in the past for minor jobs but this year
we commissioned a 4 metres rear extension and the final result has definitely exceeded our expectations!!
The company is very easy to deal with and they are very transparent when it comes to money etc so you get what you pay for.
We are now hoping we will get the loft extension application approved so we will be able to use Alex and the guys again! :)

Aleks is one of the most professional and honest builders we have met. He takes pride in his work, ensures all his team work to the highest standard and never lets an issue go unresolved. Aleks did a complete garden overhaul for us and landscaped it beautifully. He was able to take into account the slope of our garden ensuring drainage and also ensured top quality materials were used throughout. We couldn’t be happier with the result and he did it all in the timelines he laid out to us at the start of the project. He has done work for multiple members of our family now and this is testament to his strong work ethic and warm personality. Aleks and his team were excellent for my property rebuild and renovation. A full loft extension with a complete restore and build of our first floor. Finished with a sharp limestone white render to the full house, replacing old pebble dash. Aleks and his team are hard working, take pride in their work and were very respectful of our property and home life. Working around us and managing to get the work done all in time for the holidays.
